The need for EDGE 2021
👉 Every year more than 6 Lakh students graduate from Hotel management colleges & vocational institutes
👉 97% of them have not had a first exposure or been to an industrial training program in the last 1.5 years
Resulting in lack of awareness of practical knowledge, social skills and behaviours.
EDGE 2021 is one such initiative to bridge this gap.
A blended event, offering self paced learning and a LIVE online session spread over 3 evenings, it covers wisdom from industry experts, insights from real life case studies and an interactive opportunity with industry experts to learn best practices & experiences, giving participants a distinctive EDGE for career success.
